A milestone birthday deserves an invitation with an impact. Taking inspiration from the location of the party, this invitation was designed the the ‘garden party chic’ theme in mind. Brightly coloured roses adorned the invitation and RSVP and gave the guests a peek into the feel of the surprise party.

He's been there for us through highs and lows, happy times and sad and has helped celebrate all of life's important moments. Send dear old Dad some extra love on Sunday, Father's Day!

In the Press

Featured on the glossy pages of the July/August Brides issue are a few recent R&J creations. The combination of pinks and citrus colours was carried throughout the reception and gave the guests a nice element of surprise. Escort booklets were created to guide each guest to their table, while a whimsical love quiz was featured on the inside pages to get the conversations started. Each booklet featured the guests’ names on the front cover and their table number along the back. Tags featuring the saying ‘All you need is love’ carried the sweet and citrus theme throughout. A sweet occasion indeed.

Happy Engagement

An engagement is cause for a big celebration. Rhys and Polly invited their guests to join in the festivities with an invitation that featured the use of a bright colour and a modern heart motif. Happy celebrating!

A touch of gold

Taking inspiration from the stunning location of the wedding, this invitation and rehearsal dinner invite introduced the feel of the wedding weekend. This folded invitation featured the couple’s name encased by a decorative border, while the inside invited each guest to join in the celebrations in a traditional script. Both invitations were foil blocked in metallic ink which gave the wedding suite a lovely pop. Each envelope was hand-addressed by Christopher Austin and featured a contrasting colour for an added punch.

Flights of fancy

In first meeting with the lovely bride and groom to be, it became clear quite quickly that they were wanting to create a design just a bit different from the norm. Incorporating bits of traditional formatting with some whimsical adornments and modern font choices gave the design of this invitation suite the modern mix the couple was looking for. The wedding suite was comprised of the invitation, RSVP card and envelope, outer envelope with wrap-around address labels and pre-wedding celebration invitation and they resulted in the perfect mix of modern vintage.

Royal Wedding countdown

Celebrating the Royal Wedding outside of London can only be comforted by celebrating in America where all eyes are the royals. The early morning celebrations are everywhere, especially in New York where viewing parties and fancy dress parties are aplenty. Think these adorable cookies will be a great addition to the celebrations.
